When Heavens Poured It was still raining outside when Meera woke up from her afternoon nap. “It’s 5:15 already, I overslept again” Meera exclaimed. In between her serials the phone chimed, “I will be home soon” Amit’s message read. At around 8 pm, the doorbell rang. Meera excitedly ran to the door hoping to see her husband after 1 week. It’s true that teachers help in making a kids future. And the kid himself should decide about his future. So whenever some kid tries to do something new. People stop them from doing it(I don’t why).They compare them to others, they tell them they are useless. Some students following their passion and because of some people (parents, neighbours and teacher) they leave their passion. Most teachers and parents don’t support children to follow their passion. They knowingly or unknowingly do things that make students demotivated. Sometimes the kid is trying to study and teachers still demotivates him. Surreal blog #2 Indian Education System Time: 11:17 pm Date: 17 th  November 2018 System: The Origin During Colonization period, lots of thing changed and one of those things is ‘Education System’. Indian education system 1  was made by Thomas Macaulay 2  in early 1820s. As you can see, we are still using the same education system which was used by my grandfather and his grandfather too! It is hard to keep something so consistent for such a long time (sarcasm intended). Change is really necessary to keep on improving our life. Surreal Blog #1 How I started reading books Time: 11:55 pm Date: 14 th  November 2018 Post Hey, I am Surreal. I like reading, listening music and learning new things. In these series of blogs, I will be talking about a lot of different things like book reviews, education system, reservation system, inter-planetary travel, technology, things happening in my life (of course), etc. I started reading books when I was in IX standard (Summer of 2016). Like many people, I asked the questions like “How do people read these thick books with no pictures?”, “Why read the book when you can watch the movie?”, etc but now when I hear people asking these same questions I just smile to myself. Like every other kid, I was reluctant to read books. My maternal uncle had been asking me to start reading books from the beginning of the year, but I just repeated the above quoted questions childishly.
